About the Paul Hansell Foundation
The Paul Hansell Foundation was founded after the tragic loss of Paul to suicide in December 2010.
Through education and awareness the foundation aims to break down barriers and establish a proactive and preventative dialogue that puts mental health on an equal footing with all other forms of health. The foundation operates as a not for profit registered in the province of Ontario. Charitable contributions are held in the Paul Hansell Foundation Fund and administrated be the Burlington Foundation.
The Paul Hansell Foundation is driven to influence. The mission of the foundation is to promote programs aimed at the mental and emotional wellbeing of youth.
That mental health is a natural part of everyday conversation. Through education and awareness we break down the barriers and establish a proactive and preventative dialogue that puts mental health on an equal footing with all other forms of health.
